    Job Title: Architectural Associate/ Drafter

    Job Description

    We are seeking an Architectural Associate with over four years of experience to join our growing team. This is a long-term opportunity for candidates who are eager to contribute to multifamily projects and expand their professional skills.

    Responsibilities

    + Develop full architectural drawing sets for filing, based on initial design direction.

    + Coordinate and manage shop drawings.

    + Respond to emails from expediters and trades with minimal client interaction.

    + Work independently on projects after receiving initial design direction.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in Revit.

    + Experience with multifamily projects.

    + Knowledge of architectural drawings and details.

    + Familiarity with alterations type 1 or type 2.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Familiarity with NYC zoning and building codes is a plus.

    + Eagerness to learn and grow.

    + Ability to take ownership and support team leadership in focusing on sales.

    The position is based in a brand-new office space.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brooklyn, NY.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $110000.00/hr.
