    About the Role

    Are you ready to take the next step in your construction career? We’re seeking a Project Engineer who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to grow into a Project Manager role. This position offers hands-on experience managing large-scale civil construction projects, coordinating field operations, and building strong client relationships.

     

    You’ll be on-site full-time with a daily per diem, ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish. After project completion, you’ll have the opportunity to relocate to another job site or work from our St. Louis, MO office.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Project Coordination: Partner with the Project Manager throughout the project lifecycle.

    + Plan & Specification Review: Ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

    + Cost & Production Tracking: Monitor daily progress and maintain budget adherence.

    + Change Management: Assist with change orders and maintain detailed logs.

    + Field Support: Provide on-site assistance, including safety documentation and daily reporting.

    + Documentation: Manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and closeout activities.

    + Client Relations: Represent company values while fostering strong client partnerships.

    What We’re Looking For

    + Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.

    + Strong organizational and communication skills.

    + Ability to read blueprints, manage RFIs, and coordinate site development.

    + Familiarity with construction software such as Bluebeam, AgTek, HCSS, Vista, and Microsoft Excel (preferred but not required).

    + Willingness to work on-site and relocate as needed.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
