Description

We are looking for an experienced HRIS Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Washington, District of Columbia. This role focuses on supporting a Workday implementation, specifically involving payroll and benefits modules. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in HRIS systems and processes to ensure seamless execution and optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of Workday payroll and benefits modules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Conduct thorough data validation to maintain accuracy and integrity throughout the system.

• Develop and refine standard operating procedures to support ongoing HRIS functionality.

• Collaborate with benefits providers to ensure effective integration and communication.

• Utilize Workday best practices to optimize system performance and processes.

• Lead system testing efforts to identify and resolve issues promptly.

• Provide expert guidance and act as the liaison between stakeholders and system developers.

• Identify opportunities for system enhancements and propose solutions to improve efficiency.

• Deliver training and support to users to maximize system utilization.

• Monitor project progress and report updates to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements • Proven experience in HRIS implementation, with a focus on Workday systems.

• Strong analytical skills to conduct data validation and troubleshoot system issues.

• Expertise in developing and documenting standard operating procedures.

• Familiarity with payroll and benefits processes within HRIS platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to execute system testing and ensure functionality.

• Effective communication skills to liaise with providers and internal teams.

• Knowledge of Workday best practices for optimization and performance.

• Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
