Recruiter aligned to a team focused on clinical support roles, but could flex to other teams or recruitment projects when needed. Need someone proven in high-volume environments servicing multiple leaders and candidates simultaneously with challenging deadlines. Ideally living near a community that has BSWH facilities.
JOB SUMMARY
The Recruiter 2 is responsible for delivering a qualified and diverse pool of candidates to hiring managers within a specific business line. This position develops and maintain a pipeline of top talent, and works closely with business partners to create and drive an integrated recruitment strategy that will encompass all channels of talent.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE
Provides exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience throughout the full lifecycle of recruiting.
Collaborates with the hiring manager to understand staffing needs and develop effective, on-going sourcing strategies to meet the talent demands
Sources, screens and recommends applicants Based on Hiring Manager’s target profile, may be accountable to develop and maintain a network of contacts by leveraging online recruiting resources and through an applicant tracking system.
Influence and educate hiring managers on the importance of diversity in the recruitment process.
Calculate and negotiate offer in consultation with the hiring manager and HR.
Consult on the competitive landscape for talent.
Manage candidate and hiring manager communications with a sense of urgency.
May build talent communities through various social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram).
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
Strong Interpersonal skills required to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and peers.
Excellent written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to research, analyze, disseminate information, and manage time sensitive projects tasks in order to meet deadlines.
Strong ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with candidates, hiring managers and peers.
Strong consultative skills.
Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc.).
Strong computer skills and experience with HR systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate management systems (CMS).
Proficient knowledge of employment laws and hiring policies.
Possesses a wide degree of creativity, personal organization, strong communication and proactive problem solving ability is required.
Ability and flexibility to shift focus easily while maintaining focus on objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS
- EDUCATION - Bachelor's or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification
- EXPERIENCE - 3 Years of Experience
