Epic Trainer

CTG is seeking a skilled **Epic Trainer** to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, instructional design knowledge, and hands-on experience delivering training for Epic applications. This role is critical in ensuring end users are confident and proficient in Epic workflows, supporting organizational adoption and optimization of the system.
Key Responsibilities
+ Develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs for Epic applications across clinical and revenue cycle areas.
+ Collaborate with subject matter experts and analysts to design curriculum that aligns with organizational workflows.
+ Conduct classroom, virtual, and one-on-one training sessions for physicians, nurses, administrative staff, and other end users.
+ Create and maintain training materials, including lesson plans, quick reference guides, and eLearning modules.
+ Assess learner competency and provide feedback to ensure readiness for go-live and ongoing operations.
+ Troubleshoot and address user questions during and after training sessions.
+ Partner with leadership to identify training needs and prioritize deliverables.
+ Support optimization initiatives by educating staff on new features, upgrades, and best practices.
Requirements
+ **Epic Credentialed Trainer (CT) certification** or equivalent Epic training credential (required).
+ Experience delivering training for Epic applications (Ambulatory/Outpatient, Willow, Beacon, Beaker, and Radiant, or ClinDoc, ASAP, Home Health).
+ Strong instructional design and facilitation skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to adapt training style to diverse audiences and skill levels.
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $105,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
