    Facility: Work Ethic Camp

     

    Hourly pay: $55; If 50+ miles, you will qualify for travel stipend!

     

    Start Date: 1/5/2026

     

    Shift: Days, approximately 7:30AM – 4:00PM

     

    Hours: 40 hrs/week

    About the Role

    We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner to provide individual and group therapeutic services within a correctional/ICE detention setting. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to address behavioral health needs.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Provide individual and group therapy for diverse populations.

    + Administer assessment tools and interpret results.

    + Develop and implement treatment plans for behavioral disorders and disabilities.

    + Collaborate with healthcare professionals and correctional staff.

    + Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA and facility standards.

    Requirements

    + Current state license as LMHP (Master’s level required).

    + Current CPR certification.

    + Health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray (if applicable).

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.

    + Strong communication and clinical skills.
