Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT)

Shift: Multiple openings – Day and Night shifts available
Hours: 40 hrs/week
Pay: $2,300/week (Travel Package) or $55/hr (Local Rate)
About the Role
We are seeking experienced Respiratory Therapists (RRT or CRT) to provide respiratory and pulmonary care for pediatric patients in a long-term care facility. This role involves managing respiratory equipment, performing assessments, and delivering therapy under physician direction.
Key Responsibilities
+ Assess and monitor patients for respiratory and psychosocial changes.
+ Perform diagnostic tests and assist in determining treatment options.
+ Administer respiratory therapy and manage pulmonary equipment.
+ Educate patients and families on lung diseases and breathing disorders.
+ Adhere to infection control, safety, and emergency procedures.
+ Maintain accurate documentation and communicate changes promptly.
Requirements
+ Current RRT or CRT license in state of practice.
+ Minimum 1 year of respiratory therapy experience preferred.
+ Current CPR certification.
+ Health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray (if applicable).
+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.
+ Strong communication and clinical skills.
Vaccination Requirements
+ Titers required: MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B.
+ Standard vaccines: Tdap booster, annual TB test, flu vaccine, COVID-19 (declination form if declined), pneumococcal vaccine (declination form if declined).
