    Overview

     

    Join us as a Supply Chain Analyst and turn insights into decisions that drive efficiency and growth. In this role, you’ll design models, dashboards, and forecasts that help us optimize procurement and supply chain processes. Your work will shape strategies and improve performance across the organization.

    What You’ll Do

    + Build and maintain models for warehouse specifications, including size, carton usage, and pack sizes.

    + Create interactive dashboards and forms using Power BI for MRP-driven custom items.

    + Use Tableau for logistics mapping and advanced visualization to support planning.

    + Analyze spend by location, supplier, and part to uncover cost-saving opportunities.

    + Monitor inventory levels and prevent material stock-outs through data-driven analysis.

    + Ensure accuracy and consistency by managing and updating part master data.

    + Partner with procurement and operations teams to deliver actionable insights.

    + Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and recommending solutions.

    What We’re Looking For

    + Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Analytics, Business, or related field.

    + 1–2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or an analytical role.

    + Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

    + Experience with Power BI and Tableau for visualization.

    + Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and supply chain processes.

    + Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

    + Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    + Clear communicator with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Advanced knowledge of modeling and forecasting techniques.

    + Experience in manufacturing or lottery/gaming industry.

    + Knowledge of SQL or other database management tools.

    At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $60,989-$200,500. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

     

    Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Note: programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
