    Job Description

    Position Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Integration Engineer to support the integration of a third-party application related to Food and Nutrition Services into the Epic electronic health record (EHR) system. This role will play a critical part in ensuring seamless connectivity between systems, assisting throughout the project lifecycle, and supporting a successful go-live.

    Key Responsibilities

    Collaborate with project teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to design and implement integration solutions between Epic and the third-party application.

     

    Configure, test, and validate interfaces using Epic integration tools (e.g., Bridges, HL7, APIs).

     

    Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues during development, testing, and post-go-live phases.

     

    Assist with data mapping, workflow alignment, and interface specifications to ensure compliance with organizational standards.

     

    Participate in project planning, status meetings, and provide technical expertise for integration-related decisions.

     

    Support go-live activities, including monitoring interfaces, resolving issues, and ensuring system stability.

     

    Document integration processes, configurations, and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.
