+ This position is responsible to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific project which have a beginning, an end and specified deliverables.

+ The incumbent works closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule.

+ Coordinates internal resources and vendors to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

Responsibilities

+ Develops project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensures technical feasibility.

+ Creates a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.

+ Determines the resources required to complete the project

+ Develops a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates resources to the activities required.

+ Determines objectives and measures to evaluate the project at its completion.

+ Executes the project according to the project plan.

+ Monitors the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary.

+ Ensures the project deliverables are on time, within budget and meet quality expectations.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

+ Demonstrated knowledge of project management.

+ Ability to manage multiple projects at once.

+ Ability to analyze and document complex business processes.

+ Ability to prepare written and verbal communications for projects.

+ Demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills.

Qualifications

Qualifications** **Required

+ Bachelor's degree in a related area, or equivalency.

+ Two years of applicable experience.

Qualifications (Preferred)

Preferred

+ Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
