    • **Shift:** 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Hours May Vary)

    • **Schedule:** Full-Time | Onsite

    • **Status:** Non-Exempt

    • **Weekend Work:** Occasional | **On Call:** No

    Role Overview

    As a **Cytotechnologist** , you will:

    + Perform cytotechnology testing and assist with cytology specimen preparation

    + Support fine needle aspirations and classify/evaluate specimens for pathologist review

    + Maintain equipment, supplies, and instrumentation

    + Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

    + Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • **Education**

    + **Required:** Bachelor’s degree in a related field _(may be waived if certified prior to 1985)_

    • **Experience**

    + 2 years of experience in Cytotechnology preferred

    • **Licensure/Certification**

    + ASCP Certified Technologist in Chemistry

    + State of Florida licensure required
