Our client, an Industrial leader, is seeking a Plant Services Support to join their team. As a Plant Services Support, you will be part of the Plant Services department supporting the sanitation and cleanliness of production areas. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to hygiene and safety standards, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Plant Services Support – Shift 1

Pay Range: $20.00 $21.00

Shift: 7am - 3:30 pm

What's the Job?

+ Run and distribute reports as required

+ Conduct regular checks and cleaning of restrooms and lunchroom areas; remove trash and maintain sanitary conditions.

+ Support the trash compactor area and assist in waste management tasks.

+ Participate in shift change meetings to ensure smooth transitions and daily briefing.

+ Clean and organize various plant areas including the machine room, inspection room, and compounding area.

+ Inspect assigned areas throughout the day, ensuring cleanliness and organization are maintained.

What's Needed?

+ Basic computer skills required

+ Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

+ Comfortable working with cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and mop buckets.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards.

+ Able to work independently and follow schedules with minimal supervision.

+ Previous experience in janitorial, sanitation, or production support roles is preferred but not required.
