Our client, an industry leader in aerospace manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Inspector to join their team. As a 1st Shift Inspector, you will be an integral part of the quality assurance department supporting aircraft parts inspection. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** 1st Shift Inspector

**Location:** Garden Grove, CA

**Pay Range:** $19-$21/hr.

**Shift:** Monday - Friday (Saturday's as needed) 6am-2:30pm (currently doing OT and starting at 5am)

What's the Job?

+ Perform and document in-process, first article, receiving, and final inspections on aircraft parts and processes

+ Read and interpret planning documents, blueprints, specifications, and quality inspection procedures to develop accurate inspection records

+ Calibrate inspection tools and equipment prior to use to ensure precision

+ Collaborate with team members across departments to address quality issues and ensure compliance

+ Assist operators in understanding and interpreting quality specifications and procedures, and initiate nonconformance reports as needed

What's Needed?

+ Ability to perform detailed visual and functional inspections of aircraft parts

+ Strong understanding of blueprints, specifications, and quality standards

+ Excellent communication and teamwork skills

+ Capability to calibrate and operate inspection tools and equipment

+ Willingness to work overtime as required
