This is a hybrid role requiring 2–3 days onsite. Local candidates preferred.

Responsibilities for a Senior Financial Analyst include but are not limited to:

• Partner independently with business leaders to support financial planning, forecasting, and analysis

• Develop detailed financial forecasts using historical, trended, and current business data

• Monitor departmental spending versus budget, identifying and explaining material variances

• Prepare and present financial reporting packages, metrics, and trend analyses to upper management

• Support month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reviews

• Lead financial reviews and recommend alternative courses of action using sound financial analysis

Candidates for Senior Financial Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

• 5+ years of relevant financial analysis experience in a similar role

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to build and maintain strong business partner relationships

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available at any time)

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or CPA

• Hyperion (Oracle) and SAP experience

**Pay Details:** $53.00 per week
