• Bilingual Business Analyst

    Adecco is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Business Analyst / CashPro Consultant to serve as the critical first point of contact for high-revenue clients in our Latin America (Brazil) Client Servicing department. This role is essential for delivering technical support and exceptional service in treasury, cash management, card, and depository products.

     

    + Location: Hybrid in Miami, FL (Minimum of 3 days onsite per week)

    + Pay Rate: $32.00 per hour

    + Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST (Must be available to cover Brazil business hours)

    Responsibilities:

    + Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries from high-revenue Latam (Brazil) clients via email and phone.

    + Read, analyze, determine appropriate handling, and resolve complex client requests concerning treasury, cash management, card, and depository products.

    + Act as a seasoned, proficient technical liaison between our systems, providing technical support and educating clients on systems and software (CashPro).

    + Support the process of translating business needs into formal Business Requirements deliverables.

    + Work effectively with internal business partners and liaise with all levels of the firm to provide comprehensive resolution to client issues and technical support.

    + Efficiently navigate and multitask across multiple computer systems while interacting with the customer.

    Qualifications:

    + Required to speak and write fluently in Portuguese and English. (Spanish is a significant plus.)

    + 1-2 years of experience in the Banking/Financial industry.

    + 1+ years of experience working directly with customers/clients.

    + 3 years minimum experience with technical support or banking services (Preferred).

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).

    + Ability to conduct discussions with clients in a confident and professional manner.

    + Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised, managing own time and knowing when to escalate.

    **Pay Details:** $32.00 per hour
