Responsibilities for a Business Analyst include but are not limited to:

+ Gather data, track status, and provide reporting for a wide variety of change initiatives, primarily focusing on Regulatory Change projects.

+ Document comprehensive business requirements in coordination with Technology and Report Preparation teams to support cost estimates and development.

+ Work cross-functionally to collect project status data, including financial status, risk status, schedule updates, and technology updates, from Front Office, Change Management, and Technology teams.

+ Assist multiple project teams across various Change Management portfolios, ensuring strict deadlines are met and effective business partnering is maintained.

Candidates for Business Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:

+ 4-5 years of Business Analysis experience in project management or change management within a fast-paced environment.

+ Excellent proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Microsoft Office skills, essential for tracking and reporting.

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to partner effectively with individuals across all levels of the organization.

+ Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage the requirements of strict project deadlines.

+ Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Hybrid, 3 days in office)

**Pay Details:** $46.18 per hour
