    About the Role (FOR FUTURE OPENINGS)

    Adecco is currently hiring Manufacturing and Production Associates for a new client in Arlington and Grand Prairie. These opportunities are ideal for reliable, detail-oriented individuals looking to grow within a stable production setting.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Perform hands-on manufacturing, assembly, or production tasks

    + Operate basic tools and equipment safely and efficiently

    + Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety guidelines

    + Inspect products and components for quality and accuracy

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area

    + Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

    Qualifications

    + Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

    + Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–40 lbs (role dependent)

    + Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

    + Willingness to learn and cross-train as needed

    **Pay Details:** $16.00 to $20.00 per hour
