• Inventory Specialist

    Inventory Specialist

    + Operate material handling equipment to transport raw materials and finished goods within the warehouse.

    + Accurately pick production orders according to work order specifications.

    + Follow detailed instructions for pallet types, product segregation, and labeling requirements.

    + Execute and record inventory transactions using **RF/barcode scanners** and **Oracle EBS** .

    + Monitor product quality and promptly report any issues to prevent safety or compliance risks.

    + Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory variance analysis and reconciliation.

    + Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency.

    + Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

    Essential Qualifications

    + Minimum **1 year of warehouse experience** with inventory control responsibilities.

    + Proficiency in inventory management systems; experience with **WMS, SAP** , and **Microsoft Office Suite** preferred.

    + Ability to operate forklifts, order pickers, and narrow aisle reach trucks.

    + Strong computer skills and accurate data entry capabilities.

    + Effective verbal and written communication skills.

    Additional Skills & Attributes

    + High School Diploma or GED required.

    + Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.

    + Willingness to cross-train in multiple areas of warehouse operations.

    + Ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $52000.00/yr.
