**Pay Rate:** $22/hour (+ $3/hour shift differential for night shift)
**Shift:** Monday –Thursday, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM; Friday OT as needed
**Start Date:** January 5th, 2026
Job Overview
Join a growing team in a large-scale manufacturing environment! We are seeking skilled **Welders** who are detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to safety. This role involves **MIG welding on mild steel (and some stainless)** , material preparation, sanding, grinding, and layout work in a climate-controlled facility.
Responsibilities
+ Perform MIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel components
+ Prep materials, tack weld, fabricate, sand, grind, and inspect finished work
+ Maintain welding equipment and replenish consumables
+ Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
+ Collaborate in a fast-paced production environment
Required Skills
+ Proficiency in welding techniques: SAW, MIG, TIG, Oxy-Acetylene
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints
+ Experience with large-diameter rolling and crane operation
+ Basic computer skills
+ Familiarity with welding automation and Lean Manufacturing principles
Preferred Skills
+ Fabrication and assembly experience
+ Previous production environment experience
+ Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Additional Information
+ All candidates will start on **day shift for training** and transition to **night shift within 4–6 months**

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
