+ A: 6am-6pm ( 3 days on /2 days off / 2 days on / 3 days off

+ B: 6am - 6pm 3 days off/ 2 days on / day days off / 3 days on

Job Overview

We’re seeking skilled **Welders** to perform **MIG welding on mild steel and some stainless steel** , along with material prep, sanding, grinding, and layout work. This is a great opportunity to work in the **green energy sector** with strong growth potential.

Responsibilities

+ Perform MIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel components

+ Prep materials, tack weld, fabricate, sand, grind, and inspect finished work

+ Maintain welding equipment and replenish consumables

+ Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

+ Collaborate in a fast-paced production environment

Required Skills

+ Proficiency in welding techniques: **SAW, MIG, TIG, Oxy-Acetylene**

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints

+ Experience with large-diameter rolling and crane operation

+ Basic computer skills

+ Familiarity with welding automation and Lean Manufacturing principles

Preferred Skills

+ Fabrication and assembly experience

+ Production environment experience

+ Strong attention to detail and quality standards
