    We’re seeking **Clean Room Assembly Technicians** to help build life-saving medical components used in surgeries and the healthcare industry. This is your chance to be part of a fast-growing startup where your work directly impacts patient care.

     

    • What You’ll Do

    + Assemble small medical components using tools like tweezers, pliers, and screwdrivers

    + Package and label products with precision

    + Complete medical documentation accurately

    + Follow clean room protocols (latex gloves, eye protection, PPE provided)

    • Essential Skills

    + Strong communication skills

    + Ability to stand for 8 hours

    + Comfortable working in a clean room environment

    + Excellent hand dexterity and attention to detail

    • Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience in manufacturing or medical assembly

    + Experience in labeling, inspection, cleanroom operations, documentation writing, or medical devices

    + Familiarity with microscope usage, packaging, and machine operation

    • Work Environment

    + Full clean room facility with PPE provided (safety glasses, gloves, lab coats, shoe covers)

    + Small team environment (approx. 10 employees)

    + **1st shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm**

    + **Minimal overtime required**

    + **Standing for most of the shift (no microscope work)**

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of White Bear Lake, MN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
