    Job Title:

    CNC Machinist – Great Pay + Benefits!

    About the Role:

    Join our team as a **CNC Machinist** ! You’ll set up and operate CNC mills and lathes, write and edit programs in **Mastercam** , and handle short-run jobs with precision. If you’re more than a button pusher and love working with machines, this is the job for you!

    What You’ll Do:

    + Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes

    + Write and edit programs in **Mastercam**

    + **Handle 2–5 changeovers per day** (short runs)

    + Maintain tolerances of **+/– .005**

    + **Perform basic machine maintenance**

    + **Read blueprints and troubleshoot issues**

    What We’re Looking For:

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + **2+ years CNC setup and operation experience**

    + **Ability to program and edit CNC machines**

    + **Strong blueprint reading skills**

    + **Computer and technical proficiency**

    + **Experience with short runs and changeovers preferred**

    Pay & Perks:

    + Competitive pay based on experience

    + **$1.50 shift differential for 2nd shift**

    + **Skill-based pay increases (up to $2.25/hr** ) after probation

    + Overtime available but **NOT mandatory**

    + **Monday–Friday schedule + optional Saturday shifts**
