    Overview

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Janitorial Cleaner** to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment throughout studio facilities during overnight hours. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.

     

    **Pay:** $19.00 an hour

    Shift: Monday - Friday 6:30PM - 3:00AM

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in offices, studios, and common areas.

    + Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and high-touch surfaces.

    + Empty trash receptacles and replace liners throughout the facility.

    + Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet tissue.

    + Operate cleaning equipment safely (e.g., floor scrubbers, buffers).

    + Follow all safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning chemicals.

    + Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.

    + Ensure all assigned areas meet cleanliness standards before shift ends.

    Qualifications:

    + Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred

    + Ability to work overnight hours and weekends as needed.

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

    + Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

    + Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
