If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and being part of a supportive team, this role is for you. As a Member Services Representative, you’ll help members understand their healthcare benefits, access care, and feel confident knowing someone is there to support them.

What You’ll Do

+ Answer inbound calls and emails from members, caregivers, and providers

+ Help with questions about benefits, eligibility, claims, and enrollment

+ Resolve most questions on the first contact; work with internal teams when needed

+ Make outbound calls to welcome new members and complete enrollment verification

+ Assist members with scheduling appointments and accessing care

+ Document interactions clearly and accurately

Qualifications:

+ Fluent in English and Spanish (required)

+ High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred

+ Customer service experience (healthcare or call center experience is a plus, not required)

+ Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office software

+ Strong communication skills and a positive, patient approach

+ Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks

+ Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
