Summary You will serve as an Supervisory Intelligence Specialist at the GG-15 grade level responsible for all personnel on matters relative to intellgience operations management and administration of plans to ensure efficient coordination, planning and completion of organizational projects. Responsibilities You will prepare new or modify previous analyses, assessments, or other products by applying expert judgment and ingenuity in interpreting information and providing recommendations or making decisions that impact policies and programs. You will direct and supervise work produced by civilian and military personnel. You will plan and schedule work assignments, assures equitable distribution of work, sets priorities, and reviews completed work of subordinates You will demonstrate experience with tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED) processes. You will work with government agencies, acquisition communities, naval and national intelligence agencies, and Fleet commands for requirements, collaboration, system development, and mission execution. You will coordinate with key Intelligence Community (IC) and Fleet stakeholders on the inclusion of USW intelligence into national and multi-agency analyses and assessments. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GG/GG-14. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following such as: 1. Expert level experience to advise/consult on intelligence operations management and administration of plans to ensure efficient coordination, planning and completion of organizational projects world-wide; 2. Expert level of initiating projects, collection requests and requirements for information; 3. Expert knowledge of the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) processes; 4. Expert knowledge of the Foreign Material Acquisition as well as Maritime Targeting support issues/projects. This position is in the excepted service and does not confer competitive status. Recruitment incentives may be authorized to eligible new hires. A relocation incentive is generally a single payment intended to offset some of the relocation costs experienced by the selectee. A relocation incentive may be authorized.
