As the Thrift Shop Staff, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:

+ Maintain the Thrift Shop space in a neat, clean, and organized manner that will present products in a positive light that appeal to the customer.

+ Assist volunteers with pricing, tagging, and displaying of items.

+ Follow all Agency procedures regarding sales, use of the cash register, and accountability for the cash collected at the end of the day.

+ Provide and promote excellent customer service for all visitors to the Thrift Shop, and encourage volunteers to follow the same standards.

+ Supervise volunteers in their duties, and provide them with specific assignments.

+ Collaborate and communicate with the Thrift Shop Manager.

+ Report safety concerns immediately to the Executive Director. Follow-up with the Thrift Shop Manager.

+ Perform other related duties as assigned by the Thrift Shop Manager.

Thrift Shop Staff Minimum Salary: $20.00

Thrift Shop Staff Maximum Salary: $20.00

Thrift Shop Staff Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday 10AM to 2:30PM - 18 Hours a week

Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ 1-3 years of experience working with a diverse population
