    Overview

     

    BigBear.ai is seeking a System Administrator to support mission critical application and systems in support of multiple Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) projects. The selected candidate will serve in a System Administrator role to keep the system operational, compliant and perform trouble shooting as needed. The position will be a hybrid role in Hanover, MD.

     

    What you will do

     

    + Ensure system operational compliance and perform troubleshooting as needed.

    + Engage in program management, mission support, software integration, development, system engineering, migration, testing, and documentation.

    + Monitor networks and systems, manage configuration control, and handle release management.

    What you need to have

    + 10 years of experience or a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (4 additional years of experience may substitute).

    + Clearance: TS/SCI w/Poly

    + DoD 8570 compliance with IAT Level I or higher (if applicable).

    + In-depth understanding of RedHat Linux 8 and above, and Win10/Win11

     

    What we'd like you to have

     

    + Familiarity with AWS/eVo, Docker, and Kubernetes.

    + Experience with CM, monitoring, version control, and infrastructure deployment tools.

    + Ability to perform system startup & shutdown, vulnerability scans, and patch management on Linux and Windows.

    + Skilled in creating/updating documentation and diagrams (System Security Plans, Security CONOPS, FAQs, How To’s).

    + Maintain current documentation with minimal supervision.

    + Excellent time management skills for multitasking and prioritization
