    Job Title: Customer Service Representative/Sales** **Job Description

     

    We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative/Sales professional to join our team. The role involves reaching out to prospective clients, setting up meetings for current and future sales needs, managing existing accounts for growth, and providing top-notch customer service. You will also be responsible for entering all relevant information into the company database.

    Responsibilities

    + Reach out to prospective clients to explore new sales opportunities.

    + Set up meetings to discuss current and future sales needs.

    + Manage existing accounts to foster growth and enhance customer relationships.

    + Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

    + Accurately enter all pertinent information into the company database.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in data entry and clerical tasks.

    + Strong customer service skills.

    + Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

    + Sales experience or experience in a sales customer service role.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + At least 6 months of experience in sales or sales customer service.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Billings, MT.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
