    • What You’ll Do

    + Lead welding and fabrication operations for overhead crane builds

    + Guide a production welder and shop hand to hit daily targets

    + Perform MIG, flux core, and occasional sub‑arc welding on A36 steel

    + Interpret blueprints and oversee fabrication from start to finish

    + Maintain a clean, organized, safety‑driven work environment

    • What You Bring

    + 5+ years of MIG and flux core welding experience

    + Strong blueprint reading and fabrication/assembly skills

    + Ability to direct a small team and maintain production flow

    + Willingness to work 2nd shift with occasional overtime

    • Bonus Skills

    + Sub‑arc welding familiarity

    + TIG and stick welding experience

    + OSHA 10 certification

    + Surface prep, sanding, and polishing skills

    + Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tonawanda, NY.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
