We’re looking for a skilled **Facilities Maintenance Technician** to help maintain the physical integrity, safety, and operational efficiency of our facility. In this role, you’ll perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot building systems, coordinate with contractors, and ensure our operations run smoothly across both industrial and office environments.

• Responsibilities

+ Perform preventive maintenance on facility equipment, building systems, and infrastructure

+ Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems

+ Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or projects

+ Inspect and verify contractor work for quality and compliance

+ Support facility operations across industrial and office areas

+ Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and inspections

+ Respond to maintenance requests promptly and effectively

+ Uphold safety standards and ensure facility integrity at all times

• Essential Skills

+ 5+ years of maintenance technician experience in a facilities or industrial environment

+ Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems

+ Proven troubleshooting and repair abilities

+ Strong communication skills; able to work independently or as part of a team

+ High school diploma or equivalent

• Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems (bonus)

+ Comfortable working in both climate‑controlled and non‑controlled areas

+ Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience

+ Blueprint reading skills

You’ll work in an industrial facility that is non‑climate controlled but well‑ventilated, with access to both climate‑controlled and non‑controlled areas depending on task needs. This is a hands‑on role where no two days look the same.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
