    HVAC Technician

     

    Monday-Friday 1st Shift

     

    $28-$34 based on experience

    Responsibilities

    + Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems and related equipment.

    + Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, documenting findings and corrective actions.

    + Monitor and operate building management systems (BMS).

    + Maintain accurate service records, logs, and inventory of parts and tools.

    + Assist with major repairs and collaborate with other maintenance staff.

    + Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols, including proper use of PPE.

    + Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.

    + Attend training sessions and complete required documentation on time.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in HVAC systems, troubleshooting, repair, and service.

    + Experience in preventative maintenance, testing, and data analysis.

    + Knowledge of chillers, boilers, and commercial/industrial HVAC systems.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent.

    + Certified HVAC technical training or state-approved HVAC license.

    + EPA Universal Refrigeration Certification

    + Valid driver’s license.

    + Experience with commercial/industrial HVAC systems.

    + Strong communication skills; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
