Location** **: Pueblo, CO

Pay** **: $22.00 - $25.00 (depending on shift)

Shift** **: 1st shift or 3rd shift

Job Description:

+ Perform high-quality welds on heavy steel components used in industrial applications

+ Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols

+ Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently (MIG, Flux Core, and other processes)

+ Inspect finished welds to ensure compliance with quality standards

+ Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area while following strict safety protocols

Qualifications:

+ 2+ years of welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting

+ Proficiency in MIG and Flux Core welding processes

+ Ability to work with large steel structures and heavy materials

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

+ Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet production demand

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colorado Springs, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
