    Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description

     

    As a Die Cast Loader, you will play an essential role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for loading and unloading machines, performing quality checks, and moving metal parts throughout the cell and plant. Additionally, you will set up machines and assist with repairs and troubleshooting.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform quality checks on products

    + Move materials throughout the cell and plant

    + Set up machines and assist with repairs/troubleshooting

    Essential Skills

    + Mechanical aptitude

    + Ability to operate industrial systems and machinery

    + Attention to detail

    + Willingness to be trained (up to 4 weeks)

    + Prior manufacturing experience

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Assembly, Inspection, General labor experience

    + Quality control and inspection experience

    + Automotive manufacturing experience

    + Experience with aluminum/steel materials

    + Quality audits and quality control knowledge

    Work Environment

    This position operates within a tier 1 automotive parts manufacturer with a diverse team of 240 full-time employees, including contractors. The facility has Assembly, Die-Cast, Shipping & Receiving, and Steel Departments. The work environment is a 3-shift operation, with openings on 1st shift (5AM-3:30PM), 2nd shift (3PM-1:30AM), and 3rd shift (10:30PM-7AM).     This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fredericktown, OH.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.60/hr.
