• Maintenance Technician

    Aerotek (Nampa, ID)


    Maintech Technician

     

    Pay: $18 -$21/ HR

    Technicians in this position will:

    + Diagnose and fix issues involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment. (No robotics experience required—training is provided.)

    + Use a maintenance software system (CMMS) to log tasks, update work orders, and request needed parts.

    + Record completed repairs, confirm equipment is operating correctly, and assist the automation team in keeping systems running smoothly.

    + Install, test, and swap out components such as sensors, wiring, input/output devices, and other electrical parts.

    + Keep the work area clean, safe, and aligned with company safety procedures.

    + Work closely with teammates, using strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.

    Qualifications

    + Hands‑on experience in electrical, mechanical, automotive, or maintenance‑related fields (e.g., auto technician, maintenance tech, trade school, or equivalent work experience).

    + General understanding of mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and basic electrical concepts.

    + Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools; experience with diagnostic tools is helpful.

    + Strong troubleshooting skills and willingness to learn new automation technologies.

    + Effective teamwork and communication; able to work efficiently in a fast‑moving environment.

    + Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work.

    + Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, or weekends based on production needs.

    + Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, ID.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
