Process Technician - 6a-6:15p Blue Days - LID

Shift: 6a-6:15p on a 2-2-3 schedule (every other weekend off!)

Role Overview:

Responsible for setting up, operating, testing, and troubleshooting production equipment to ensure optimal efficiency and compliance with safety and quality standards.

What You’ll Do:

+ Set up and operate complex machinery; adjust as needed.

+ Diagnose and repair mechanical equipment.

+ Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.

+ Use hand and power tools for maintenance and repair.

+ Support engineers with process improvements and troubleshooting.

+ Commit to safety, GMP, and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For

+ Education & Experience:

+ Associate’s degree + 3 years experience; OR

+ High school diploma + 5 years experience.

+ Skilled in mechanical troubleshooting and repair.

+ Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

+ Familiarity with quality methods (SPC, 5S, FMEA, etc.).

+ Strong communication and basic math skills.
