    The Project Engineering Manager leads the engineering and technical execution of water treatment system projects from proposal through commissioning. This role manages a team of engineers and drives collaboration across departments to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and timely project outcomes.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead the engineering and technical execution of water treatment system projects.

    + Manage a team of engineers to ensure project success.

    + Collaborate across departments to ensure high-quality, cost-effective, and timely project outcomes.

    + Oversee project coordination, document control, and design processes.

    + Utilize tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Microsoft Office for project management and design tasks.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Microsoft Office.

    + Strong project management and coordination skills.

    + Experience with document control and P&ID development.

    + Design and blueprint interpretation abilities.

    + Mechanical engineering expertise.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

    + 5+ years of engineering experience within industrial equipment.

    + 1+ year of management or leadership experience.

    Work Environment

    The work environment consists of a cubicle setting with occasional time spent on the floor. The position offers a professional atmosphere conducive to collaboration and project execution.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Brooklyn Park, MN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
