    _Salary Range: $117,000 - $140,600 per year_

     

    Ops Tech Alliance is seeking a **Cloud Application Developer** to design, build, and maintain secure, scalable cloud-native applications that power mission-critical operations. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that prioritize performance, security, and compliance across both cloud and hybrid environments.

    _THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD._

    Responsibilities

    + Design and develop cloud-native and hybrid applications in accordance with system requirements

    + Integrate front-end and back-end components, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience

    + Implement DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment strategies

    + Collaborate with architects, database administrators, and cybersecurity personnel to ensure secure and efficient application delivery

    + Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and maintain detailed technical documentation

    + Ensure applications are compliant with DoD and IC security and development standards

    Required Qualifications

    + Current Top Secret security clearance with Polygraph

    + Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience

    + Minimum of 3 years of experience in application development using modern languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python)

    + Experience developing in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure

    + Proficiency in working within DevSecOps environments and Agile development teams

    Desired Qualifications

    + Experience with microservices architectures and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

    + Familiarity with IaC tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation

    + Prior experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community applications

    + Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Developer Associate, Azure Developer Associate)
