Account Services Specialist (Customer Service / Account Management)

Direct-Hire / Permanent position

*Fully onsite role - 5 days per week in office, 8a-4p schedule*

The Account Services Specialist will help support the customers of the organization on any pertinent requests and enhance their overall experience. primarily focuses on the development and execution of sales plans, business development, member retention, and relationship building. The Account Services Manager will assist with obtaining feedback, helping prepare for trade shows, and ensuring the accuracy of our CRM.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries via phone, email, and chat

• Resolve issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction

• Softly upsell other opportunities for engagement

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in CRM systems

• Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs and follow up on outstanding issues.

• Receive and process incoming quote requests from customer

• Coordinate quote status information to the external sales team

• Log, track and follow up on outstanding quotes in accordance with the defined turnaround time

• Identify process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices

• Providing exceptional, timely customer service daily

• Supporting new customer onboarding and training

• Preparing data driven reports that support securing new members

Requirements

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

• 2+ years of customer service or account management experience

• Have experience with CRM systems.

• Comfortable being on the phone throughout the day with customers and outside sales team

• Be able to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

• Be capable of working effectively both independently and in a team setting.

• Be open to continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
