    Description

    Are you an organized problem-solver with a passion for helping others? Robert Half is seeking a part-time Sales Assistant with experience in dispatching to join a local customer-focused team.

    Responsibilities:

    + Respond to inbound calls, emails, and online requests from customers, vendors, and staff

    + Coordinate and dispatch service technicians, drivers, or field staff based on customer needs and location

    + Maintain accurate records of service calls, dispatches, and resolutions

    + Communicate real-time updates between customers and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery

    + Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex inquiries as needed

    + Collaborate with team members to resolve conflicts and improve dispatch efficiency

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    + Previous experience in a customer service role with direct responsibility for dispatching (e.g., service, transportation, facilities)

    + Excellent phone, written communication, and organizational skills

    + Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

    + Tech savvy; familiar with dispatch or scheduling software preferred

    + Availability for part-time, flexible shift hours
