Description We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team on a contract basis in Everett, Washington. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting HR functions, ensuring smooth employee onboarding, and maintaining compliance with regulations. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and facilitate candidate calibration activities and interview debrief sessions to ensure the selection of top talent.

• Deliver a positive and engaging onboarding experience aligned with organizational values for all new hires.

• Assist in developing onboarding plans to support new employees in adapting to their roles effectively.

• Maintain and update activity reports to track progress and status of open positions.

• Organize and manage HR documents, templates, and job descriptions to ensure accurate placement and accessibility.

• Process employee changes in HR systems and generate reports as needed.

• Participate in employee status change processes, including promotions and transfers.

• Monitor legal requirements and reporting regulations to ensure compliance, recommending improvements when necessary.

• Support quality and service enhancement initiatives by suggesting and participating in improvement projects.

• Manage company communications regarding new hires, promotions, and employee notifications. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources or a related field.

• Proficiency in employee relations and HR administration.

• Hands-on experience with onboarding processes and benefit functions.

• Familiarity with HRIS systems and data management.

• Strong organizational and document management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

• Knowledge of compliance and legal regulations in HR operations. TalentMatch®
