Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team in Tucson, Arizona. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual to contribute to a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and ensure they are directed to the appropriate personnel or department.

• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a courteous and attentive manner.

• Maintain and organize office supplies, ensuring inventory levels are adequate.

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distribution.

• Coordinate schedules and appointments for staff as needed.

• Assist with data entry tasks, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.

• Support internal teams by preparing documents and reports.

• Ensure the reception area remains clean, tidy, and welcoming.

• Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.

• Handle other administrative tasks as assigned to support daily operations. Requirements • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

• Familiarity with Apex Data Loader or similar tools is a plus.

• High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
