Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to provide short-term support at our Bethlehem, Pennsylvania location. This is a contract position lasting 3-5 days, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and organization of data within Excel spreadsheets. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in an onsite environment.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input data into Excel spreadsheets, adhering to specified guidelines and formats.

• Organize and maintain electronic files to ensure data consistency and accessibility.

• Verify and cross-check data entries to identify and correct errors.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of data-related tasks.

• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information during data entry processes.

• Utilize personal laptop to perform all required data entry tasks.

• Ensure all data is entered and saved accurately for future reference.

• Follow standard business hours while working onsite.

• Provide short-term support to meet immediate organizational needs. Requirements • Proficiency in data entry with experience using Excel.

• Ability to work onsite in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

• Own a personal laptop for performing job duties.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.

• Excellent organizational skills to manage and maintain data.

• Ability to work independently and remain focused under tight deadlines.
