    Job Title: Account ManagerJob Description

     

    The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining consistent communication with assigned clients and facilitating timely service delivery. This role involves educating clients on core value services, ensuring a smooth onboarding process, and identifying opportunities to align client technology with core stack configurations.

    Responsibilities

    + Maintain consistent communication with assigned clients and facilitate timely service delivery.

    + Educate clients/customers on core value services.

    + Ensure smooth onboarding process for clients.

    + Identify and present opportunities to align client technology to core stack configuration.

    + Create, track, and manage opportunities through their lifecycle using ConnectWise.

    + Oversee and provide guidance on resolution of client/customer issues.

    + Schedule and present Quarterly/Annual Business Reviews with clients.

    + Participate in individual and group projects as directed.

    + Create and review proposals with clients and staff.

    + Be available and responsive to inbound communications from clients.

    + Conduct routine check-ins to ensure topics and concerns are addressed.

    + Consistently look for ways to improve client experience and interactions.

    + Conduct regular reviews of service delivery with clients.

    + Establish and manage client expectations.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in account management and sales support.

    + Experience in order processing and administrative support.

    + Inside sales and customer service oriented.

    + Sales administration skills.

    + Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.

    + 5 years of customer service experience preferred.

    + 3 years of technical experience relevant to position responsibilities.

    + Exhibited proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs.

    Work Environment

    The work environment is hybrid with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote, determined by the employee and manager. The office is located in Hunt Valley, MD.     Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
