Job Description:

What You’ll Do

+ Lead and mentor a multi-disciplined team aligned with company goals.

+ Ensure equipment reliability through preventative and predictive maintenance.

+ Oversee work orders, inventory, and capital projects from start to finish.

+ Manage budgets, KPIs, and compliance with all safety and environmental standards.

+ Drive training, onboarding, and development for technicians.

What You Bring

+ Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.

+ 5–10 years of experience in engineering/maintenance with proven leadership.

+ Strong project management and CMMS experience.

+ Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems.

+ Excellent communication, organizational, and people skills.

The salary range for this position is $115,.731-144,664. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
