    WestRock Hanover Park is now hiring a Production Associate for 2nd shift. Mon-Fri 2p-10p must be flexible for 8-12 hr shifts and weekends as needed

    (MUST BE ABLE TO TRAIN FIRST 3 WEEKS ON 1ST SHIFT)

    The Opportunity: Machine Operator - Hanover Park, IL

    The salary range for this position is starting $23.17 per hour with shift differential $.65, depending on your role, level, and location. Your actual pay will be based on your work location and other factors, such as your skills, experience, and education.     Responsibilities:

    * Ability to work safely, comply with all safety rules.

    * Inspect. Identify, and correct quality concerns.

    * Ability to read a tape measure (to 1/16" measurement, do basic math, and some computer skills).

    * Ability to learn and apply job related skills.

    What You Need to Succeed:

    * Strong communication and listening skills.

    * Ability to lift, push/pull, navigate stairs, stand, walk, bend, and kneel for 8 or more hours.

    * Ability to work a standard 8 hour shift up to six days a week with the flexibility of working over-time during the week to cover open positions.

    * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
