Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

+ Manage inbound inquiries and proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings.

+ Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through research and prospecting.

+ Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.

+ Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, proposals, and product information.

+ Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

+ Track and report sales activities and performance metrics using CRM tools.

+ Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications

+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

+ Experience: 1–3 years in inside sales, customer service, or related role.

+ Strong communication and negotiation skills.

+ Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Madison, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
