    Position Overview

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. This role provides essential administrative and operational support across multiple departments within the bank. The Office Administrator will handle a variety of clerical and analytical tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and assist with special projects as needed.

    Key Responsibilities

    Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document management.

    Support multiple departments by managing shared responsibilities such as:

    + Vault operations

    + Mail services and processing orders

    + Scheduling and recording meeting minutes

     

    Assist with cross-functional tasks and provide backup support for team members as needed.

     

    Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.

     

    Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.

     

    Deliver exceptional customer service when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.

    Qualifications

    + High school diploma or GED required; additional education or certifications preferred.

    + Minimum 2 years of office administration experience in a fast-paced environment.

    + Knowledge of banking operations or wealth management services (personal trust, institutional trust, custody, and agency administration) is a plus.

    + Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

     

    Additional Information

     

    This is a dynamic role that requires flexibility and adaptability.

     

    The position involves supporting 4–5 team members and assisting with various operational tasks.

     

    Ideal candidates are self-starters who thrive in a busy environment and enjoy learning new responsibilities.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
