Our client, a leading organization in the technology industry, is seeking a Program Manager Non Tech 2 to join their team. As a Program Manager Non Tech 2, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Program Manager Non Tech 2

**Location: Redmond** , WA - Remote - Candidate willing to work in PST

Pay Range:** **$47.14 - $51.88 on Experis W2 (Benefits, PTO and 401K)

What's the Job?

+ Design and scale global research programs to enhance operational efficiency

+ Develop and implement systems for experience reviews, audits, and customer engagement

+ Manage research tools, infrastructure, and vendor relationships

+ Create knowledge management systems for sharing insights and best practices

+ Partner with legal, procurement, and security teams to streamline processes and approvals

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, UX, or related field

+ Minimum of 3+ years experience in research operations, user research, or related roles

+ Proven ability to build and scale operational systems and processes

+ Strong project management skills and familiarity with research tools

+ Understanding of research methodologies and lifecycle
