    Our client, a leading manufacturing facility in Wright City, MO, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse and logistics department supporting the operations team. The ideal candidate will have reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Forklift Operator

    **Location:** Wright City, MO

    **Pay Range:** $20 /hour

    **Shift:** First shift 6am - 4:30pm, Monday - Saturday

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Operate forklift safely to move, locate, and stack merchandise within the facility

    + Perform safety checks and maintain fluid levels of equipment

    + Assist in inventory management by counting finished goods and updating records

    + Ensure pallets are stored properly and in an organized manner

    + Participate in plant cleanliness and safety protocols daily

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Minimum of 1+ year of forklift experience

    + Ability to drive forklift in confined spaces and outside in various weather conditions

    + Steel-toed shoes are mandatory

    + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in dusty, hot, or cold environments

    + Effective communication skills and ability to follow instructions
