    Night Shift Equipment Operator – Set Schedule with Overtime

     

    Attention equipment operators! We’re hiring a **Night Shift Equipment Operator** for an **opening** on a fixed night schedule with our client, a well-established lumber operation known for stability and overtime opportunities. This position pays **$18/hr during training, then $19/hr on nights** and is **temp-to-hire** .

     

    This is a **hands-on equipment role** where you’ll work in an enclosed cab using **high-tech controls** , ideal for safety-minded operators who value consistency and extra hours. Apply today!

    Typical daily duties:

    • Operate equipment controls to move logs through processing lines

    • Monitor material flow and equipment performance

    • Perform cleaning and general mill duties as needed

    What we’re looking for:

    • Strong safety mindset with reliable attendance and performance

    • Ability to work with high-tech equipment interfaces and multitask

    • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and communicate effectively

    • Flexibility to cross-train and work overtime as needed

     

    _Training required on day shift (4:00am–3:00pm, Mon–Fri) for approximately one month before moving to nights (5:00pm–3:00am, Mon–Thurs)._
